What's with the weird name?
My name is Lithuanian and means 'Christmas tree' or a 'spruce'. No, I wasn't born on Christmas, quite close to it though (30th Dec). English people get very confused when they see my name, because they don't have a clue how to pronounce it. They usually say something like 'eagle' or 'eglar', but I'll tell you it's pronounced as 'egley'.
Where do I live?
In Birmingham, UK. I've been here for about 5 years now. I would be lying if I said I am not thinking of relocating, my heart is leaning towards London - my sister lives there and she loves it.
What do I like?
I like a nice snowy winter - it's probably because I was born in December, and I quite miss the cold winters we had in my native Lithuania (-20 is very common during the winter months). Understandably, I get overly excited when it snows here, and try to make most of it, as it doesn't last long! Christmas is my idea of happiness - seeing family, friends, eating lots and lots of amazing food and enjoying festive drinks... Nothing better than that.
